Try to run MRES CAD from server PC. From Server PC, If
MRES CAD is not responding this could be caused by
Database Error - make sure SQL server is running. If
MRES CAD is running from the server PC, this means MRES
CAD and database is working properly -Check your Network
connection.
Database menu:
Enter correct information to all fields and make sure to
clear password field, retyping password before you save.

background.
Example: Back up program, Virus program is in Scan mode,
etc.
Check
your network connection for busy traffic.
Check for Server CPU usage on SQL Service, if CPU usage
is high - contact your IT for service. |

Try
to open Mappoint program from program files.
If Mappoint is working properly, you may have to
reinstall MRES CAD
(Note: Uninstall MRES CAD First) and/or Mappoint Program
If
Mappoint is not installed on your PC, You are required
to have license per PC. |
